It was a hot Cincinnati summer day and Alia was craving something delicious, refreshing and all natural. Oh, how she would've loved a heaping cup of shave ice, however she thought the chemical induced syrups used on the ice is...well, gross.
"Why isn't their an all natural, gourmet spin on my childhood favorite dessert?!" Alia pondered. Oh the agony.
So, she took to her kitchen like a mad chef and started whipping up syrups made from strawberries, mangos, fresh squeezed lemons and other delicious fruits and herbs. She set-up shop at the Historic Findlay Market with her shaved ice machine and syrups and the rest is history.
